The variety here is unmatched—you can find products from all over Europe, catering to so many tastes and preferences. The store is impressively clean, well-organized, and offers an incredible diversity of products. Their smoked fish is by far the best I’ve had, and the large buffet with cooked food is a fantastic option for a quick, delicious meal. They also have a full bakery, a seafood section, and so much more to explore. If you’re looking for authentic European flavors and high-quality goods, I highly recommend this place. It’s a one-stop shop for everything you need!"

"Amazing selection and a wonderful place for traditional foods — perfect for holiday surprises at our daycare! We visit the NetCost in Paramus occasionally to pick up special items for holiday celebrations — things like blintzes, jams, pelmeni and other traditional foods we use to surprise and delight the children. Every visit is a reminder of how incredible this store’s selection truly is. The variety of European and international products is outstanding. Shelves are filled with so many unique items that are hard to find elsewhere, and everything is fresh, well-organized, and beautifully presented. We also love their cakes — absolutely amazing! The candy section deserves a special mention — an incredible assortment with so many options to choose from! From classic European chocolates to fun treats for kids, the variety and quality are truly impressive, making it easy to find something special for every occasion. Whether it’s ingredients for a cultural activity, a holiday treat, a delicious cake, or something fun to introduce to the children, this store always has exactly what we need. The staff is friendly and the shopping experience is smooth, making it easy for us to gather everything for our classroom traditions in one trip. "Extremely disappointing experience at Netcost Paramus We were charged significantly more at the register than the price displayed for the item. The shelf price was one amount, but at checkout the item was scanned at nearly double the price. What was even more upsetting was the way the situation was handled. The cashier, Daniel, and the manager were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and apologizing, they showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. As paying Membership customers, we expected much better treatment. I strongly advise everyone to pay close attention to prices at the register and carefully check your receipt before leaving the store. Do not assume the scanned price matches the advertised price. In our case, the checkout price was almost twice as high as the displayed price. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and a lack of accountability are unacceptable. This experience left us feeling misled and disrespected. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I hope Netcost takes customer complaints more seriously in the future."

"Interesting grocery store with Eastern European products you wouldn’t find in a typical supermarket. Great place to check out if you’re adventurous. Pricing is also very reasonable. Negative- People aren’t generally helpful or friendly, luckily I was with someone who knew what to buy."
